Yoktogel Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using yoktogel's services. By using this platform, you agree to all the terms set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

You are solely responsible for:

- All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised or not
- Notify yoktogel immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
- Keeping your account information current and accurate at all times
Yoktogel is not liable for any loss or damage arising from a user's failure to comply with the account security responsibilities outlined above.
3. Platform Usage Rules
While using the yoktogel platform, you agree not to:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law
- Attempting to hack, modify, or disrupt systems, servers, or networks associated with the platform
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform without authorisation
- Distributing viruses, malware, or other malicious code through the platform
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, including match manipulation, hacking another user's account, or payment fraud
- Abusing the bonus or promotions system in a manner that violates the applicable bonus terms
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balances linked to fraudulent activity, and legal action where applicable. yoktogel reserves the right to take appropriate action without prior notice in cases of serious violations.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the yoktogel platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved payment methods available at the time of the transaction.
Deposit
A minimum deposit may apply depending on your chosen payment method. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account within the timeframe stated during the deposit process. yoktogel is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to standard identity verification and compliance checks. Your first withdrawal may require additional document verification. yoktogel reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal suspected of involving fraudulent activity or non-compliance with the applicable bonus terms.
Bonus Transactions
Each bonus and promotion is subject to its own specific bonus terms, including rollover requirements, validity periods, and withdrawal limits. Users are required to read the bonus terms carefully before claiming any bonus. Bonuses claimed under misunderstood or inaccurately reported terms may be voided.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Yoktogel reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for reasons including, but not limited to:

- Confirmed or suspected fraud, misconduct, or system abuse

- Activities that violate applicable local or international law
- At the user's own request to close their account
When an account is closed due to a violation, balances linked to the offending activity may be forfeited. Balances not involved in any violation will be returned to the user once the investigation is concluded, subject to compliance with standard withdrawal procedures.
6. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

To the extent permitted by law, yoktogel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform.
